This piece is actually  body armor (LV4) with  plates capable of stopping a 7.62x39 round. Very useful for Halloween and other occasions which involve assaults rifles or AK-47's. 
 
It was made for fun and as a joke. It was done in early 2019 and  way before Banksy did it.... :P 
 
It is currently in R-Malite's personnal collection.
